Refund and Cancellation

Effective Date: 01-01-2026 In view of payment for the Masterclass Webinar: 1. General Policy All sales for the masterclass are considered final. Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of the content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. 2. Cancellation by Participant Cancellations requested before access is granted may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested after access has been granted will not be eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page. 3. Exceptions Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases: Duplicate payment due to a technical error Payment was made but access was never provided despite follow-up 4. Cancellation by the Organization In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by us, participants will be offered either: Access to a rescheduled session, or A full refund of the amount paid 5. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. 6. Non-Refundable Circumstances Change of mind after access is granted Inability to attend due to personal schedule conflicts Technical issues on the participant's device or internet connection 7. Jurisdiction All disputes are subject to Durg, Chhattisgarh jurisdiction and governed by applicable Indian laws.
